We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can develop, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for our clients.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of paid advertising, SEO, analytics, content strategy, social media, influencer marketing, and digital marketing tools, with the ability to turn data and insights into effective marketing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns for multiple brands.
• Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns and monitor campaign performance.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
• Use Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to track traffic, conversions, audience behaviour, and campaign performance.
• Develop content strategies based on brand objectives, target audiences, trends, and performance data.
• Manage and optimize social media platforms and ensure content is aligned with the overall digital strategy.
• Plan and coordinate influencer marketing campaigns, including influencer research, selection, communication, and campaign performance.
• Assist in developing and managing email marketing campaigns.
• Conduct competitor, market, keyword, and audience research.
• Prepare monthly digital marketing reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Monitor campaign KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and continuously optimize performance.
• Work closely with our creative team to ensure advertising creatives, videos, copy, and campaigns are optimized for digital performance.
• Use AI tools to improve research, strategy development, content creation, campaign planning, analysis, and workflow efficiency.
• Stay updated with changes in algorithms, advertising platforms, digital trends, AI tools, and emerging marketing technologies.

Qualifications & experience

• Diploma or degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Practical experience with digital marketing platforms and tools is highly preferred.
• Demonstrable experience managing Meta Ads and/or Google Ads.
• Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
• Experience developing content and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience working with influencers is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
• A strong interest in AI and emerging digital marketing technologies.

A major plus

Candidates who can show actual campaign results, portfolios, case studies, ad campaigns, SEO improvements, analytics reports, or previous client work will have an advantage.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate what they can do, not just what they have studied.
