Co-founded by David Wijayasinghe, Creative Director, Music Executive and Writer, and Supul Sasmitha, Creative Director, Film Director, Voice Artist, Cinematographer and Creative Copywriter, Moon & Sun was founded on a shared vision to bring back passion-driven creative work, using raw talent, authentic ideas and limitless creativity.

With Natheesha Chandrasiri, Marketing Executive, Digital Marketer, Customer Consulting Specialist and Creative Copywriter, joining the Board, the agency brings together expertise across marketing, strategy, digital, design, film, storytelling, music and communications.

Co-Founder & Co-CEO

David Wijayasinghe is a multidisciplinary creative with over 4 years of experience in the entertainment industry, spanning event management, creative direction, songwriting, music production and direction, and radio broadcasting.

As Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Moon & Sun, he leads creative development, shaping concepts, campaigns, scripts and brand communication. His background in music and entertainment brings a strong understanding of storytelling, culture and audience connection to his advertising work.

His approach is focused on creating work that is authentic, memorable and creatively driven.

Supul Sasmitha

Co-Founder & Co-CEO

Supul Sasmitha is a multidisciplinary creative with over 7 years of experience in advertising and more than 20 years in the media industry. His extensive career spans creative direction, film, cinematography, voice, writing and visual storytelling.

As Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Moon & Sun, Supul combines his deep media experience with his advertising expertise to lead creative development and production. He specialises in transforming ideas into compelling visual experiences, bringing together storytelling, direction, performance, sound and cinematic execution.

His approach is rooted in authentic storytelling and purposeful creativity, with a focus on developing work that not only communicates a message but creates a lasting connection with its audience.

Natheesha Chandrasiri

Natheesha Chandrasiri

Chief Marketing Officer

Natheesha Chandrasiri is a marketing and growth-focused creative with expertise in digital marketing, customer consulting and creative communication. She holds a BBA (Hons.) in Marketing Management from the University of Colombo.

As Chief Marketing Officer of Moon & Sun, she focuses on identifying growth opportunities and connecting creative ideas with real business and audience objectives. Her experience in digital strategy and customer understanding allows her to develop campaigns that are relevant, engaging and results-driven.

As a Creative Copywriter, she also contributes to campaign concepts, messaging, social content and brand communication, bridging marketing, creativity and business growth to create impactful opportunities for brands.
